This cause came to be heard upon the Plaintiff’s Motion for Service by Publication brought pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 21-1-203 and Tennessee Code Annotated § 21-1-204. The Court finds:
1. Plaintiff is seeking a divorce from the Defendant.
2. The last known address for the Defendant is 129 Daisy Bradford Road, Brownsville, Tennessee 38012.
3. The Plaintiff has made reasonable, good faith efforts to locate and serve the Defendant with process at his last known address.
4. The Haywood County Sheriff’s Department has indicated that the Defendant is not to be found.
5. Defendant’s residence is unknown, and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Claude Featherstone, Jr. enter his appearance herein by May 29, 2012 at 9 a.m., a rule day of said Court, and that a copy of this Order be published for four consecutive weeks in The Brownsville States-Graphic, a newspaper published and distributed in Brownsville, Tennessee. Further, the final hearing on
Plaintiff’s Complaint for divorce is scheduled for May 29, 2012 at 9 a.m. Failure of the Defendant to appear at the final hearing could result in a judgment against him.
