Whereas, Joseph E. Christmas executed a Deed of Trust dated March 23, 2004 of record in Trust Deed Book 265, page 685, in the Register’s Office of Haywood County, Tennessee securing a promissory note in the original amount of $50,000.00 of even date, and

Whereas, the undersigned was appointed Successor Trustee by Gift Gin Company, Inc. the legal owner of said note by appointment dated April 24, 2012, as recorded in Record Book 98, page 392, in the above mentioned Register’s Office, and
