WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by a Deed of Trust executed on August 7, 2003, by Mildred Waddell (deceased) to Priority Trustee Services of Tennessee, L.L.C., Trustee, for the benefit of Option One Mortgage Corporation and appearing of record in Register's Office of Haywood County, Tennessee, in Book 257, Page 447; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to US Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, N.A, as Trustee, Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-BC13 and WHEREAS, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-BC13, as the holder of the Note for which debt is owed, ("Note Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Priority Trustee Services of TN, LLC, as Substitute Trustee by instrument filed or to be filed for record in the Register's Office of Haywood County, Tennessee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Tenn. Beginning at a stake in the north margin of Berrywood Street the southwest corner of the herein described lot and the southeast corner of Lot No. 17, Section 3, of this subdivision; runs thence north 2 degrees west with the east boundary line of Lot No. 17, 120 feet to a stake; runs thence north 88 degrees east 90 feet to a stake in the west margin of a proposed street to be known as Beechwood Avenue; runs thence south 2 degrees east with the west margin of said avenue 110 feet to a stake; runs thence with the back edge of a concrete curve having a radius of 10 feet to a stake; runs thence south 88 degrees west with the north margin of said Berrywood Street 80 feet to the point of beginning. Being the same property conveyed to Thomas Waddell and wife, Mildred Waddell by Warranty Deed recorded on February 11, 1977 in Deed Book 135, Page 729 in the Register's Office of Haywood County, Tennessee.
